INFRASTRUCTURE

Care has been taken from the very beginning to equip the College with sufficient infrastructural facilities. Physical assets of the College including well-furnished Class rooms fitted with Over Head projectors, Public Address Systems and other Audio-visual aids. The College also boosts of an excellent Library, Computer laboratory and Training and placement cell

CLASS ROOMS

Sufficient number of furnished class rooms are available in the College premises to conduct general and tutorial classes. Modern furnitures have been provided for the Students.

LIBRARY

The library is stocked with recent books and journals relevant to the needs of the students and faculty. It is constantly updated with addition of new volumes. The College subscribes to a number of journals, Periodicals and Newspapers.

COMPUTER CELL

The Computer cell is equipped with adequate number of terminals. Students are exposed to computer during their study as per the syllabus. The latest models of computer terminals having configuration to suite the wide application and programming of the syllabus; has also been included. Ergonomic sitting arrangement and round the clock assecibility of computers are also being included to help in improving spatial skill of students.

TRAINING & PLACEMENT CENTRE

The Centralised Training and Placement Centre of the College is adequately equipped with a Data bank, Information brochures, Training kits and is supervised by exclusive staffs under the Training & Placement officer. The centre keeps in touch with the corporate job market, specialised training organisations and professional institutes and placement cells of repute. Students are required to go on Summer Training after completion of the Second year. Such placements are also arranged by this Centre. The centre has started liaisoning with placement agencies of metropolitan cities for final placement of the students.

FACULTY

The success of every academic programme depends to a large extent, on the quality and commitment of the faculty members. Great deal of effort has been spent to recruit the best talent available who can bring about real transformations in the students. Visiting and Guest faculties are regularly invited to provide additional input. The institute also offers short-term professional programmes which are conceptualised and regulated by this Training & Placement Centre.

SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS

Regular classroom Seminars are held every week. The Students are encouraged to prepare research papers and make presentations. Guest speakers are invited for each of these seminars. The Guest speaker selects the best of the papers presented by the students which is awarded with Certificate of Merit.

INDUSTRIAL TOUR & VISITS

To familiarise the students with actual work environment, the institute arranges industrial Tour and visits for the students under guidance of the Training & Placement Centre of the College. Apart from regular visits to industrial organisations in and around the city, Tours are also organised to important industrial centers inside and outside the state of Orissa.

SUMMER TRAINING

Summer training is an integral part of every management programme. As students get the opportunity of working in a real life situation for a period of 4 weeks which equips them to deal with problem-solving situations. Quite after, students have to take up field surveys on behalf of organisations and requered to submit the detailed survey report.

ACCOMODATION

Assistance towards providing accomodation to out station students is also being arranged seprately for Boys and Girls.

COURSE MATERIALS

Complete set of self developed and printed course materials on each subject, are supplied to each student. This covers entire course curriculum in accordance to the prescribed syllabus.

NEWS BULLETIN

Perodic news coverage in relation to Business management and IT, Students' articles, Academic tips, Alert setuations, Corporate clips; Are embudied in the institutional bullitin- THE CBA- NEWS BULLITIN,Which is released on every quarter.

SCHLORSHIP

Recognising the out standing Skill, Knowladge and Talent of students; Different Awards, Medals and Prizes are given to maritorious students. This includes Chairmans Gold medal, Schlorships etc.
