MODALITIES OF PLACEMENT

• Organisation/Agency desired to absorb the candidates, are requested to mail the information in the proforma (PDF File) PROFORMA-I to the Placement Officer, Centre of Training and & Development, College of Business Administration (CBA), Engineering School Road, Berhampur -10, Orissa within the suitable time period.
• Organisations are required to arrange pre placement talk/discussion at their office with our placement officer. Suitable date time of appointment of officials can be confirmed ahead as per the suitability. During the discussion, the need profile of organisation and and suitability profile of prospective candidates are ascertained. Basing up on this the selected candidates are informed to face the Interview/test/GD on the date and time prefixed.
• Besides, the Campus Selection Programmes are encouraged by the College & Organisations are requested to avail this opportunity to varied advantages. The suitable time and date can be fixed and intimate the candidates in time.
• The College also invites corporate sectors and Organisations to absorb its students in summer training programme of 4 weeks, where the talent of the candidates can be prejudged through small assignments. Identified candidates can be given the opportunity to work after their completion of course. Organisations are requested to respond through PROFERMA-II (pro2.pdf).
• The college shall extend all possible hospitalities for entering in the placement venture.
